Just a big thank you to Richard who went out of his way to help me retrieve my car - my friend had gone to hospital so I was left with a double load of luggage in the rain after the Scillonian docked. Richard brought my car up and sorted it all out with the minimum fuss. This was a huge relief and I highly recommend their service.
