Further to our telephone conversation we just wanted to put into writing how much we appreciated your kind, efficient and professional service organising the safe keeping of our cars for our holiday to Scilly. We especially wanted to say how, on our return journey to Penzance, it made such a difference to have a personal welcome and shuttle service. To also add thanks from others in our family, who travelled via helicopter, and were so pleased with the ease of transfer early in the morning to get on their way. In the past we've always dreaded the chaotic transfer. Your service made it flow like clockwork and gave peace of mind to us all before travelling home. Many thanks.

We just wanted to drop you a line to say a big THANK YOU for all of your help with our recent trip to the Scilly Isles. We (as you may remember) only made the ferry because of your kindness in picking up our car from the Quay, probably didn't quite expect to be left literally holding the baby!!!! Without your help we would have had to go back to Bristol and get the ferry on Monday, there would have been very unhappy children!! Our welcome was genuine and friendly when we dropped off the car and again when we returned back on the ferry to see you by the port where you said you would be to give us a short lift up to the car park. Your service is very efficient - there was no hanging around and we were dealt with very quickly. You even gave the car a quick 'once over' to remove some large bird droppings that we didn't have time to take care of before we left the car. Hi, it's difficult not to add everyone we had contact with but I've tried to keep my list short. Isles of Scilly parking (not really on the islands I know). I'd arranged to park my car with them and ended up in a hurry and forgot to drop my bags off at the ferry. They very kindly gave us and our bags a lift to the ferry. Fantastic service and I had a valet and some dents sorted out too. Rosie Turtle at Porthmellon Flat. She helped us out when our chosen accommodation fell through. Wonderful flat, great location. Isles of Scilly Parking Co,what a fantastic service , this is so much more than a park and drop facility, We found ourselves in a terrible situation , our car broke down on the way to Penzance we had to have the car towed down , Richard came and opened up for us to let the tow truck in and helped us get the car and trailor into the car park.Not only that ,the car was beyond repair and whilst we were in the Isles of Scilly he helped us buy another car so we could get home, this was delivered to the Quay in time for the Ferry landing.... We cannot thank you enough for all the help and advise , we will be back next year, hopefully not on the back of a tow truck !!!! Would not use any other parking service in Penzance , actually run by people who care , thank you so so much.... The Lange family

Dear IOS Parking My wife and I recently enjoyed a weeks stay on the Isles of Scilly. We used your company to store our car for the week we were away. I would just like to thank you for delivering exactly the service that your brochure described. From the friendly reception at the car park on the 15th to the fellow with the bunch of keys at the pink flag on our return on the 22nd everything was just as you offered. Within 15 minutes of disembarking we were on our way back to Bristol. You will know that the last day of a holiday can be a chore and all you want to do is just to get home. Thank you so much for a brilliant service that went way beyond the call of duty! We parked our car with you in Penzance and set off for the World Championship Gig Rowing, which I presume is one of your busiest weekends of the year, my husband needed to be airlifted off St Mary's for medical treatment and you drove our car from your car park to the heliport car park so the he could get to hospital in Truro. Whilst in hospital you even were happy to arrange overnight accommodation in Penzance if needed and then drove our car back from the heliport to your car park. Simon managed to get on a helicopter back to the Isles of Scilly and we enjoyed the last two days of our holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, you went out of your way to make a very tricky situation better, we cannot thank you enough and will definately use you again and thoroughly recommend your amazing service.

Dear IOS Parking, Many thanks for your first class service again. On our outward journey the Scillonian was cancelled because it was too rough and we opted to fly from Lands End. On the return journey it was rather rough and the Scillonian's arrival was delayed followed by a late decision to transfer to another berth in the inner harbour. In spite of all that you and your system worked so well and reassuringly that we had no worries and no significant delays: In fact we arrived on IoS about an hour and a half before we expected to and arrived home only a few minutes after our target time in spite of the delayed landing! Thanks again for continuing to provide such an excellent service: Suffice to say that over the past decade we have tried others but none have been near as helpful, effective and reliable.
